I love the month of March. To me it says spring is right around the corner, that days will get longer, that I can put away my uggs and dig out my wedges & strappy sandles. That soon we can sleep with the windows open and listen to the crickets & tree frogs that sing to us when the days get warmer. Today for me means I can put away my heavy winter bedding and dress my bed in something lighter and pretty just for spring. I know, I know we live in Ok. for that reason the electric throw is tucked under the bed just incase.
It means that soon things in my yard will be blooming and the birds will be back once again for a visit.
Everything seems fresh and new.
It also means that cozy nights by the fire, big bowls of comforting chili, days to cold for anything but napping on Sat will soon come to an end. But I can honestly say that I LOVE ALL four seasons and LOVE what each one brings us.
